Building your Resilience

Resilience is about our capacity to cope with the challenges that life brings whilst maintaining a stable mental wellbeing. 

All of us have some resilience, whether it is part of our innate personality or whether we have learnt it through experience.  This online workshop is about recognising what we have and developing those other areas so we are prepared to face the different challenges that life can bring.

This workshop counts towards the Bristol Plus Award.
