No experience is necessary. Gentle movements with body awareness, and breathing exercises to invigorate and relax the body and the mind. Bring a mat or blanket, and wear comfortable clothes. Poses may be done in a chair or lying down. The student is guided to move into a posture only so far as it feels right to her/his body. Instructor: Tammy Brown.
