Carrie is a yoga instructor and certified consulting hypnotist, and enjoys leading classes at We Thrive.
In both her yoga classes and hypnosis sessions, she encourages people to connect with their inner messenger and learn how to nurture from within to make changes in their lives. Her love of healing comes from the profound personal transformations she has experienced over the years in her own life and those of her clients and students.
