ServSafe Food Protection Certification & Exam

This 8-hour Food Protection Manager Certification was developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. The text, ServSafe ®Manager Book, is part of the Foundation's food safety program.

 

After completing the classroom work, participants take a national certification exam developed by the Educational Foundation, upon passing participants receive their Food Protection Manager Certification which Is valid for 5 years.  

The cost of Full Class Enrollment is $160. The fee includes textbook, exam & certification.
