Want an in-depth yoga practice?
Therapeutic Yoga is the bridge between traditional yoga and healthcare. This weekly yoga class will challenge you to look within for a practice of self discovery using the tools of yoga, including Asana (gentle movement) Pranayama (Breath Control) and Meditation. Each class is designed to meet the need of each student making each class unique with a progressive mindfulness to guide each student in there own health & wellness journey. Beginners to seasoned yoga practitioners are welcome.
