The holidays can be a stressful time of loneliness and isolation. Meditation provides a safe inner space to experience such feelings without judgement and investigate their nature. Meditating on the kindness of others transforms our painful emotions. We learn to cross the bridge from self to others and reach our inner potential for happiness and peace.
