yMusic, "six contemporary classical polymaths who playfully overstep the boundaries of musical genres,” (The New Yorker) has performed in concert halls, clubs, and arenas around the world, including the Sydney Opera House, Carnegie Hall, the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, and Madison Square Garden. To date, they have released four studio albums of chamber music, featuring work written for the ensemble by such luminary composers as Missy Mazzoli, Caroline Shaw, Nico Muhly, Richard Reed Parry, Marcos Balter, Judd Greenstein and Gabriella Smith.
