Celebrate all things slightly spooky at the Old Mill District Halloween Party!  This family friendly block party is a full-on Halloween celebration with the annual pet costume party, hot cider samples, arts and crafts and of course, treats handed out by stores and restaurants.  This a safe, fun,  free of charge event that the entire family can enjoy!  Oct. 31 4pm-7pm.
