Grits & Gravy, formerly known as the Dry Canyon Trio is a smaller version of the full band, named Dry Canyon Stampede.  A folksy take on traditional country music. Wood fired pizza, caesar salad, pub style pretzels, dessert, wine by the glass or bottle, beer on tap, and soda are available for purchase.
