Mini Barre
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
This mini, 30-minute session will use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside strength-based moved like a pulse squat or plank. You will focus on high rep, and varying tempo to leave your legs shaking, shoulders burning, and core fully engaged.
