F45 is a functional 45-minute circuit-based workout in a high tech, high energy, team environment. Cardio is the focus on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Strength is the focus on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Saturdays are BOTH!
Get the best of both worlds by trying out one of F45’s hybrid sessions! Combining your favorite cardio, resistance, agility and core movements, for an epic burn that increases your endurance, fires up your metabolism and improves your strength. In these sessions you’ll leave everything out on the floor to challenge both your body and your mind.
